Ready Set Go!
There are several different kinds of webmail available for use with Ready-Set-Go! email accounts.
RoundCube is a nice, user-friendly and fairly intuitive interface that operates a lot like a desktop application. In other words, it's more fun than the other options and that's why we've got it installed it.
RoundCube is also a new product. It is still being very actively developed and new features are still being introduced and refined. What we have installed for us is a "stable" version of RoundCube. This means two things. First, it means that it is the most stable, reliable version of the product available. Second it means that it does not have all the latest, greatest features they are working on. If we had all the latest, greatest things, it would also have all the latest greatest problems.
Meanwhile, this also means that it has some limitations. The most notable limitation is that there is no function to import/export addresses to/from the address book at this time. However, the developers are working on this feature. Future editions of RoundCube will also include a spelling checker and an autosave feature that will automatically save drafts of emails from the Compose screen, which will protect you from loosing in-progress emails.
You can login to RoubdCube webmail through either of these addresses:
http://www.domain.com/webmail (substitute your domain name)
https://www.domain.com:2096/roundcube/index.php (substitute your domain name)
The first time you access the site, you will probably get a popup with a warning about the security certificate. Just proceed by clicking through this popup (host.rsgzone.com is the correct underlying server where RSG sites are located).
You will need to provide your username (use your full email address) and password.
There are several important settings for RoundCube that you can adjust yourself. They are found by clicking Personal Settings.

Preferences Tab

Folder Tab
The folder tab lets you decide what folders you have visible in RoundCube. Typically, you would not need to adjust these settings.
You can also add setup new folders by using the Create New Folder interface near the bottom of this screen.

Identities tab
By adjusting the identity information, you can control your display name, signature and other information. You can have more than one identity. If you create more than one identity, then you will need to make sure you use the correct one when you compose a new email.
Unfortunately, the current install of RoundCube requires that you adjust for Daylight Savings time manually. This means adjusting your Personal Settings, Preferences twice a year.
If the time is off by more than one hour, please check the Time zone setting as well. The default is the Eastern time zone.
To check for new mail, click on the Email icon at the very top of the screen or the Inbox folder in the left column. The Inbox should reload with any new messages included.
Note: There is a known problem with the Check for New Messages icon. If you click on Check for New Messages and you have new mail, the inbox new message count will increase, but the new message(s) may not be displayed. Therefore the options listed above are more reliable options.
Click on the Subject, Sender, Date, or Size heading to make that column the sort column. The current sort column will be a slightly different color of grey.
The current sort column will include either an up arrow or a down arrow indicating whether it is being sorted in ascending or descending order. Click the same column again to change from ascending to descending order (or vica versa).

Just double click on the email's Subject, Date, or Size in its folder listing to open the email for viewing. Clicking on the Sender will open a compose window.
From the View screen, you can easily add the sender and/or receipient email addresses to you address book by clicking on the + sign near their name.
To search through your emails in RoundCube, type something into the search field in the upper right corner of the folder view and press ENTER. The list of qualified emails will be displayed.
To return to a regular (non-searched) view, click on the X to the right of the search box.
Note: The search function looks at header information (i.e. Subject lines, Senders, Recipients, etc). It does not search the body of the email messages for your search words.
New/unread emails are marked in folder view with a blue star. Read emails are marked with only a grey dot.
When you view an email, it will automatically be marked "read."
You may toggle this setting from the folder view by clicking on the Read/unread marker.

To move an email into an existing folder, just go to folder view and find the email you want to move. Click-and-hold on the email you want to move... and drag that email over to the folder you want to move it into.
From the View Email screen, you can also use the drop down menu marked move to... to move the email to a folder.
Please refer to Personal Settings, Folders...
From the folder view, to delete an email you have received, first select that email by single clicking on the Subject, Date, or Size field.
Next click on the Delete (red symbol) icon. This will delete the selected email.
These same instructions apply if you are currently viewing the email you want to forward or reply to.
Note: Emails are not actually deleted in this way. They are moved into the Trash folder and can be retrieved, if needed. If you delete something from the RoundCube Trash folder, then it is gone for good.

To empty your Trash folder, click on the trash folder in the left folder column.
Look to the bottom of the folder column. Click on the link marked Empty.
Note: The same procedure will allow you to empty other folders as well. Some folders, such as the inbox, are protected so that they cannot be emptied.

To send a new email...
You can also begin a fresh email in the folder view, by clicking on the sender field of an email that you have received. This is not a "reply" because it will not include the subject line or text from the previous email.
From the folder view, to forward or reply to an email you have received, first select that email by single clicking on the Subject, Date, or Size field.
These same instructions apply if you are currently viewing the email you want to forward or reply to.
If you have multiple identities set up in RoundCube, you may need to select the a sender for the email. Please review Initial Settings documentation to add, adjust, or remove identities.

When you are preparing to send an email, you can add multiple email addresses in the recipient field. Just seperate the various emails with a comma.
To add carbon-copy recipients (cc:), click on the Cc link to the right of the recipient field. A new Copy: field will open up to receive cc: email addresses.
To add blind carbon-copy recipients (Bcc:), click on the Bcc link to the right of the recipient field. A new Bcc: field will open up to receive Bcc: email addresses.

When you are preparing to send an email, you can add an attachment to the email.
To add additional attachments, repeat the process.
To remove an attachment, click on the red symbol next to the attachment listing.
To set a priority for the email, select from the drop-down menu, marked Priority:.
To request a confirmation that your email has been received, check the Return-receipt box.
You do not need to worry about the Charset definition, unless you understand what that means. UTF-8 is the default and should work well in most cases.
There is no spelling checker function at this time. However, the developers are working on this feature. Stay tuned for future upgrades.
To save a draft of the email you are working on, click on the Save Draft (file folder) icon found near the top of the Compose screen.
The draft email will be saved in the Drafts folder.
To check work with your address book, click on the Address Book icon at the very top of the screen.
Note: There is no import/export function for the Address Book in the current version of RoundCube. However, stay tuned for future upgrades!

To add a new entry to the address book, click on the + icon near the top of the address book page.
Fill out the resulting form in the right column and click on Save when you are done.
ALSO: From the View email screen, you can easily add the sender and/or receipient email addresses to you address book by clicking on the + sign near their name.
To send an email to an entry in the address book, first select the entry you want to be the recipient.
When an entry is selected, the Compose (paper and pencil) symbol will be available. Click on the Compose symbol to open up a compose screen using the currently selected entry as the recipient.

To edit an entry from the address book, first select the entry you want to edit.
When an entry is selected, the right column will show the current content of the entry along with an Edit contact button. Click on the Edit contact button to edit the selected entry.
To delete an entry from the address book, first select the entry you want to delete.
When an entry is selected, the red symbol will be available. Click on the red symbol to delete the selected entry.
There is no function to import/export addresses to/from the address book at this time. However, the developers are working on this feature. Stay tuned for future upgrades.
